About the Psychedelic Medicine Association Nonprofit
The Psychedelic Medicine Association nonprofit organization is dedicated to advancing the responsible integration of psychedelic therapies into healthcare. Our mission is to promote the development of the infrastructure necessary for the safe and effective implementation of psychedelic therapeutics into the mainstream medical model.
Our Why
Infrastructure is essential for the safe, effective, and scalable integration of psychedelic medicine into mainstream healthcare. This includes not only physical infrastructure—such as licensed treatment centers and access to trained professionals—but also regulatory frameworks, standardized clinical protocols, data systems for outcome tracking, and reimbursement pathways. Without this foundational support, psychedelic therapies risk being inconsistently delivered, poorly understood by clinicians, and inaccessible to the patients who could benefit most. A strong infrastructure ensures safety, equity, and long-term sustainability as this field continues to evolve.
